Jake and Yuliana have been married for 18 years and have a wonderful son named Adam. 

Jake grew up in Washington and served in the United States Marine Corps during the Iraq War. After leaving the military, Jake found a passion for numbers and became a licensed financial advisor. After building a successful client base he followed in the footsteps of his parents and created The Bond Team. Jake enjoys traveling with his family, walking his two dogs, and golfing with friends. 

Yuliana was born in Mexico and moved to Washington as a child. After going to school, Yuliana worked in the dental field for 10 years and later became licensed as a real estate agent. As a Co-Owner of The Bond Team, she now manages the day to day logistics of the business. Yuliana can often be found hiking around Lake Washington, eating at great food places, and spending time reading a good book.
